Outdoor advantages

More freedom with cabin size, a stronger destination experience, and less pressure on interior square footage. Outdoor models must be specifically designed for the weather they will face.

The outdoor costs people forget

A level base, drainage, clearances, electrical trenching or routing, access for delivery, local permit requirements and sometimes landscaping restoration can all affect final cost.
