We score the ownership decision, not the marketing page.

1. Fit and capacity

Exterior and interior dimensions, real bench space, placement constraints and delivery path.

2. Heat system

Heat type, heater configuration, control range and whether the product delivers the experience the category promises.

3. Electrical and installation

Voltage, amperage, dedicated-circuit requirements, hardwire/plug requirements, site preparation, assembly and documentation.

4. Construction and serviceability

Materials, replaceable components, controls, available documentation and what ownership looks like after year one.

5. Warranty

Separate coverage periods, exclusions, labor/freight responsibilities and clarity of support.

6. Value

Total installed cost relative to meaningful alternatives — not simply the lowest sticker price.
